The project involves the creation of a Cultural Hall and Conference Center in the Municipal District of Deryneia, which will serve as a modern venue for cultural events and conferences, promoting the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia and, more broadly, the Famagusta district.

The aim of the project is to serve as a hub for the local community, offering opportunities for cultural development, education, and business activity, thereby revitalizing the area.

The project budget amounts to €5,096,050.00 (excluding VAT).

The project is being implemented as part of the Cohesion Policy Program “Thalia 2021–2027” with EU co-funding.
