The Municipality of Paralimni–Deryneia announces that during the Famagusta Flower Festival in Kapparis on Sunday, May 10, 2026, the following measures will be in effect on Kapparis Avenue:

• Kappari Avenue, from the area around the “Tony’s” to its intersection with Dramas Street, near the “Matu” café, will remain closed from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., though it may be reopened to traffic earlier.
• Throughout the event, parking is prohibited in the parking spaces parallel to Kappari Avenue.
• The parking lots for the SEK apartments and the parking lot next to the “Just Italian” restaurant will remain closed during the event.
• Residents and visitors can access the area via the parallel road and the side streets, as shown on the attached map, as well as the designated parking areas.
• The Municipality of Paralimni–Deryneia apologizes for the inconvenience and asks the public to follow the instructions of municipal staff and to show understanding.
