The Municipality of Paralimni–Deryneia, as part of the 2nd Festival of Traditional Culture “Voices and Memories,” is organizing a Musical Improvisation Workshop with Socrates Sinopoulos, featuring rhythmic and melodic elements of contemporary improvisation within the musical traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean, in collaboration with the Famagusta Traditional Music Orchestra.

The workshops will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the basement of the Agios Dimitrios Cultural Center in Paralimni.

Admission fee: €10 (payable at the door).

Workshop times: 2:00 PM–5:00 PM and 6:00 PM–9:00 PM 

The workshop is intended for professional and amateur musicians.
