The Municipality of Paralimniu-Derynia informs that the Municipality will start the cleaning of vacant plots and parcels located within the Municipal Boundaries according to a previous announcement (dated 3 April 2025).

Owners are informed that the deadline for the start of the cleaning of plots by the Municipality is the July 8, 2025.

If it is determined that a vacant lot has not been cleaned up by July 8, 2025, owners will be charged the costs required to clean up the lot.

Personal letters and/or notifications are not sent.

The plot cleaning charge from the Municipality is €100 for each plot (530 sq.m.).

The charge for plots in excess of 530sq.m. will be in proportion to the area of the plot.
