The 2nd Pernera Street Music Festival took place with great success and with a large number of visitors in the tourist area of Pernera of the Municipality of Paralimniu - Derynia on Sunday 15 June 2025.

It was a festival that took place along the Pernera Avenue where nine bands of various musical styles were set up at various points along the street playing music for two hours with visitors enjoying traditional, folk, jazz, art and Latin music.

During the Festival, many people had the opportunity to enjoy the different sounds but also to get to know and visit the recreational centres of the area.

In his statements the Mayor of Paralimniu - Deryneia Mr. George Nicolettos said that the Municipality organizes the Festival which has now become an institution, aiming to further develop the tourist area of Pernera, so that locals and foreign visitors get to know it better and discover both the recreational centers and its secrets.

In the Festival, various musicians and bands such as Irini Pelagia, Kyriakos Hadjiandreou, Giorgos Pasmas, Damon Piano, Savvas Chimarros, Children's Youth Choir "Dream Melodies" Havana Noche participated in nine musical stages, Aneraides, Eleana Andreou, Antonis Korizis, Stefanos Hadjiandreou, Andreas Smagas, Stavros Konstantinou, Cleopatra Tombazou, Pantelina Paschali, Chris Papadopoulos (SAXsStories), Rafaella Marki and Konstantinos Ziekkos.
