The third day of the Music Festival organized by the Municipality of Paralimniu - Dherynia from 17 to 21 September 2025, in all municipalities of Paralimniu - Dherynia, with the participation of leading Cypriot artists, continued with a concert by the musical group Kanvinitissa at the Municipal Amphitheatre of Paralimniu "Kyriakou Pelagia".

The special traditional band, drawing sounds and melodies from Cyprus and Greece, captivated the audience with its inventive creations, inspired arrangements and excellent musical results, offering a unique experience that combined authenticity and artistic quality.

The concert was attended by musicians Pavlina Andronikou (violin, voice), Maria Simeou (voice), Nausika Kotzamanis (cannon, voice) and Anna Koutsimani (lute).

During his address, the Mayor of Paralimniu - Derynia Mr. George Nikolettos pointed out that through the cooperation of the talented girls of the musical group "Kanvinitissa", traditional and original sounds are born that travel all over Greece, while the Municipality aims to provide cultural infrastructure so that young people can find a way out and recognition.

The Festival continues on Saturday 20 September at the Municipal Amphitheatre of Dherynia with a concert with Alkino Ioannidis (tickets are sold out) and a free concert of Vasiliki Hadjiadamos' music group on Sunday 21 September 2025 at the square of Acheritou.

The Festival is under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, with OPAP and Eurobank as main sponsors and RIK as communication sponsor.
