The breathtaking scenery, silky sand, crystal-clear waters, and lush greenery even inspired the famous Greek poet Giorgos Seferis. 

The bay is naturally sheltered, horseshoe-shaped, and located at the edge of the Cabo Greco National Forest Park, with pine trees reaching almost down to the water’s edge. Its turquoise, calm waters make it ideal for swimming and water sports, while the view from the road leading down to the beach is one of the most photographed in Cyprus.
