The Department of Water Development has proceeded with the tender for the creation of a Green Point in the Municipal District of Deryneia, in the Municipality of Paralimniu-Deryneia.

The Deryneia Green Point will be located on a plot of land of approximately 9,450 sqm. The proposed layout of the Green Point is based on a manoeuvring area of sufficient size to accommodate the loading and unloading of skip containers.

The facility will offer citizens the possibility to separately collect a range of materials of household origin, which can be sent for recycling or reuse depending on the condition in which they are delivered.

Attached is the relevant link for the submission of bids by interested bidders, with a deadline for submission until 21 October 2025, the date of the completion of the tender.
The cost of the project has been estimated at 1.250.000 euros.
