The Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia invites interested parties to express their interest in Carnival Decorations for the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia for the two (2) services below:
- Provision of services for the decoration of carnival floats (decoration and construction of the Carnival Queen's float and the Municipality's float in accordance with the Municipality's instructions and recommendations)
- Provision of services for municipal decoration during carnival events (decoration of public roads and squares in accordance with the municipality's instructions and recommendations)
It should be noted that interested parties may submit a proposal for both (2) services provided or for one (1) service, but each proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope on which the name of the service must be written on the outside.
It should also be noted that the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia is not obliged to provide any staff for the above services and, if required, this will be considered by the Municipality.
It should also be noted that the materials will be purchased by the Municipality, but it is recommended that existing structures and materials be reused.
Interested parties must submit the following information:
- Contact details,
- Curriculum vitae and previous experience,
- Costing of services from January 13, 2026, to February 22, 2026.
All documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name of each service on the outside and placed in the tender box of the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia no later than Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 12 noon.
It should be noted that the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
