The Municipal Council of Paralimni - Deryneia decided to grant an office to the Association of Owners of Recreation Centres of Famagusta. The office of the Association of Recreation Centres of Limassol. Famagusta will be located on the first floor of the building where the Municipality's Health Services are housed (opposite the Municipal Hall).

For this purpose a meeting was held with the President and members of the S.I.K.A. Famagusta during which Mr. George Nicolettos officially handed them the key while from their side the delegation of S.I.K.A. Famagusta handed over to the Mayor a commemorative plaque as a token of appreciation to the Municipality.

During the meeting, Mr. Nikolettos conveyed to the representatives of the Association of Recreation Centres a number of issues concerning the good operation of recreation centres, such as, among others, the operation beyond the summer season, noise pollution, visual nuisance with illegal signs and others. For their part, the representatives of the S.I.K.A. Famagusta assured the Mayor that they will work with their members to eliminate any problems and the cooperation with the Municipality will be closer and problem-free.
