On September 17, 2025, the buffer plan for the improvement of Vrysoudia and Pinia roads in the Municipal District of Paralimnios was presented before the Traffic Studies Agency.

The project, which is being promoted as an Urban Planning project, was presented by the Department of Urban Planning and Zoning to the members of the Committee, in the presence of the Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia.

The Mayor of Paralimniu - Deryneia Mr. George Nicolettos thanked the members of the Committee of the Body for the excellent cooperation so far, underlining the importance of this project for the Municipality. As he noted, the improvement of the two roads will connect the fishing shelters of the area and will directly serve the Paralimni Marina, a project that will be completed soon.

After obtaining the necessary approvals for the buffer plan, the next steps will be the preparation of the construction plans, the collection of the opinions of the relevant departments, the preparation of the tender documents and, finally, the call for tender for the start of the works.
