The Municipality of Paralimni - Derynia, in the context of its Christmas events and with the aim of enhancing the festive atmosphere, is issuing an open call for expressions of interest for the creation of a theme park that will operate during the Christmas period 2025-2026.
The theme park should be a focal point of the Municipality's festive programme and should include exhibits and activities with a focus on children and families.
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The theme park may be placed, according to the Municipality's proposal, in two (2) separate locations during the same period of time in Paralimni and Dherynia at locations to be indicated by the Municipality.
Exhibits, structures and activities should be safe, tasteful and suitable for children.
The applicant (natural or legal person) must ensure the safe installation and removal of the exhibits, as well as full compliance with the safety and health rules and the instructions of the Municipality's service.
The operation of the theme park, security and entrance management will be undertaken by the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia.
Indicatively, the Municipality is interested in theme parks with 3D exhibits, which offer educational, recreational and interactive character.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Interested parties are invited to submit:
- Detailed description of the proposed thematic module
- Technical presentation of the exhibits (with photographic or design material)
- Estimation of installation and transport costs
- Timeframe for the preparation and completion of the installation

The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia is not obliged to accept the most economically advantageous tender or any tender.
