The Municipality of Paralimnii - Dheryneia in the framework of the 3rd Pancyprian Thera Festival which will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025 in the Municipal District of Acheritou of the Municipality of Paralimnii - Dheryneia, is seeking proposals / expressions of interest for a known / well-known singer / singers or musical ensemble to organize a concert lasting at least three (3) hours (180 minutes) without intermission at the Acheritou Events Square.

1. The concert/performance will take place in the presence of the public in the square of Acherito, in the Municipal District of Acherito of the Municipality of Paralimnii - Dherynia on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 20:00 on a platform which will be indicated by the Municipality of Paralimnii - Dherynia.
2. The bidder is requested to enclose with the proposal, a recent signed authorization from the same artist or his/her legal representative (e.g. record company).
3. The declaration of interest must indicate the duration of the concert, as well as the persons who will accompany the singer/singer/music group presenting a dance or music programme and the duration of each individual performance. 
4. It is understood that the total duration of the main name (singer/songwriter/band) on stage must not be less than three (3) hours (180 minutes minimum) without an intermission. Provided that in the case of more than one (1) artist, the main name(s) shall not sing for less than 150 minutes in total without a break.
5. It is understood that the performance of the artist(s) of the artistic group(s) will definitely be performed with live music on stage, i.e. without pre-recorded music (playback).
6. The price must include the singer's fee, board, income tax, full sound and lighting, copyright, PRS, transport, tickets, accommodation, artistic supervision of the production, copyright taxes and any collaborators' fees, accompanists or any other fees and expenses incurred, i.e. all requirements without exception that the artist and his/her accompanying persons/associates have for arrival, accommodation, food, travel, presentation of the artistic programme and return.
7. The bidder is aware that it is responsible for the sound and lighting coverage of the event according to the requirements of the artist/artistic group and that it will provide the complete equipment required without any requirement from the Municipality. It is also understood that the provision of sound/lighting equipment will be provided according to the requirements of the venue in which the event will be held and the City may commission an expert to review compliance with the requirements of the event. 
8. The Municipality of Paralimni - Derynia will not provide any of the above, apart from the venue of the concert, space that will be used as dressing rooms, and the safety of the singer/singer/music group throughout the concert. 
9. It is understood that both the artist and his/her escorts/partners as well as the sound, lighting and stage technicians and those who work for the purpose of the event are obliged to present the artistic programme of the concert according to the requirements of the artist and his/her escorts/partners as well as the Municipality of Paralimni - Derynia, while they are responsible for the transportation, set-up and storage of their items and equipment and to provide their own health and safety plans in accordance with the requirements of any legislation in force.
10. It is understood that by "well-known artist" we mean a singer famous in Cyprus and Greece - and preferably abroad - for his/her musical career through significant and well-known hits, a well-known record career and a significant presence in song playback services (Spotify, Apple Music etc.) as well as being popular with the public through the Mass Media and Social Media and having a predominantly Greek music program. 
11. Statements of interest must include the full legal details of the interested parties (Full Name of the Company or Natural Person, No. Company No. VAT, country of registration of the company/natural person) where the payment cheque will be issued by the Municipality of Paralimniu - Deryneia.
12. Expressions of interest must include complete and detailed technical requirements for the rider, lighting and/or stage for the artist(s). It is understood that the attachment of all technical requirements is essential as the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia may carry out an audit of the implementation of the requirements of the artist/artistic group.
13. Expressions of interest should include in writing any requirements the artist(s)/artistic group has. It is understood that any ex-post requirements or other requirements not requested by the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia in this call will not be accepted.
14. It is understood that other individual offers that the applicant may attach to the final price, such as advertising sponsorships, promotions in the media or social media, will not be accepted in the proposals, nor will they be counted.
15. It is understood that the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia has the right to request any individual clarifying documents from the applicant who is obliged to present them at the time requested.
16. The singer/music group proposed is prohibited to participate in any other event - concert in the Larnaca and Famagusta districts between (and) the dates of October 1, 2025 and October 6, 2025.
17. Proposals must be delivered in writing in a closed envelope with the inscription "ART PROPOSAL FOR THE THIRD ΠANYPΠIO ΠAYΠIOΣ CULTURAL FESTIVAL THERUS ACHERITOU" in the bidding box located on the ground floor of the Municipal Hall of Paralimnii - Deryneia (Antonis Papadopoulou 6, 5282 Paralimni).
18. The deadline for submission of proposals is Friday 22 August 2025 at 13:00 noon.
19. Each tenderer may submit more than one (1) proposal.
20. For the submission of each proposal, interested parties are requested to fill in and enclose in the proposal envelope the relevant form attached with the title "Declaration of Interest for an artist / artistic group for the 3rd Pancyprian Festival of Acheritou Summer Festival to be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 in Acheritou Municipal District of Paralimniu - Deryneia Municipality" and all the required documents listed therein.
21. It is noted that the successful bidder must - if requested - sign an agreement with the Municipality of Paralimnii - Deryneia, prior to the organization of the concert, and upon signing it, he must present to the Municipality of Paralimnii - Deryneia a bank cheque of one thousand euros (€1.000), issued from a personal account of a natural person to the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia, which will be returned after the end of the concert.
22. The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia is not obliged to accept the lowest or any other declaration of interest.
23. The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia may request clarifications or clarifying details of the proposal from the interested parties.
